**Stolen Vehicles Recovered in Greece; Three Juveniles Arrested**

Greece, NY – This afternoon, officers from the Greece Police Department successfully recovered two stolen Hyundai vehicles and apprehended three juvenile suspects following a high-speed incident.

At approximately 2:28 p.m., officers received alerts about two stolen Hyundais traveling together on Dewey Avenue. When officers attempted to initiate a traffic stop, both vehicles fled the scene. The pursuit continued onto Surrey Road, where one vehicle lost control and veered off the roadway. The second vehicle then collided with the first. The juvenile occupants abandoned the scene on foot following the crash.

Thanks to efficient coordination and teamwork, officers were able to apprehend three suspects, all 16-year-old residents of Rochester. They were subsequently charged with **Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 3rd Degree** and **Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle in the 3rd Degree.**

The juveniles were released to their guardians and issued appearance tickets. The incident highlights the successful use of License Plate Reader (LPR) technology in detecting and addressing vehicle theft in the community.

Police officials continue to utilize advancements in technology and collaboration to tackle juvenile crime and vehicle theft incidents in the area. Further court proceedings for the detained juveniles will follow.
